En autoritær ledelse blir innsatt ved en skole for å kunne hanskes med de opprørske elevene som bare vil synge og danse til rockemusikk hele skoledagen. Derfor planlegger elevene et kupp for å få tilbake hverdagen slik de vil ha den. For å gjennomføre kuppet, får de med seg The Ramones som gjerne er med på å legge skolen i grus.

To handle the rebellious pupils at Vince Lombardi High School, they implement an administration with dictatorial traits. The pupils, who only want to sing and dance to rock music all day long, must plan a coup to overthrow the school’s administration. To go through with the coup, they receive help from the Ramones who eagerly want to lay a high school into shambles.
