Brødrene er ingen fremmede for utelivet i Los Angeles. Men det er én nattklubb de aldri klarer å komme in: The Roxbury. Men en kveld snur lykken deres. Brødrene blir presentert med nye muligheter som matcher deres skyhøye ambisjoner, men forventningene hjemmefra kan vise seg å bli et problem. 

Based on the recurring Saturday Night Live sketch “The Roxbury Guys,” A Night at the Roxbury tells the story of brothers Doug and Steve Butabi, and a night that will change their lives forever. The brothers are no strangers to the L.A. nightlife. However, there is one nightclub where they can never get in: The Roxbury. However, their luck is about to change. The brothers are presented with new possibilities that match their enormous ambitions, but will expectations from their family get in the way of their plans?
