The latest film by French filmmaker Céline Sciamma (of Portrait of a Lady On Fire fame), Petite Maman, is a charming coming of age story exploring friendship and loss. Nelly is a young girl who has just lost her grandma, and as she is coming to terms with this she encounters another girl her age building a treehouse, with whom she instantly connects with.
